KhmerRooms is an online platform that connects travelers with hotel owners in Cambodia. By using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use KhmerRooms.
When you make a booking, you enter into a direct agreement with the hotel. KhmerRooms acts as an intermediary only. Cancellation policies vary by hotel and are shown at the time of booking. Please review them carefully before confirming.
Hotel owners must submit accurate property information and comply with all applicable local laws and regulations. KhmerRooms reserves the right to remove any listing that violates our policies or misrepresents the property.
Payments processed through KhmerRooms are subject to a service commission. Hotel owners receive payouts after guest check-in, minus the applicable commission rate. Exact rates are disclosed in the hotel owner agreement.
Reviews must be honest and based on genuine stay experiences. We reserve the right to remove reviews that are fraudulent, abusive, or violate our community standards.
You may not use KhmerRooms for any unlawful purpose, to post false information, to harass other users, or to attempt to circumvent our systems. Violations may result in account suspension.
KhmerRooms is not liable for disputes between guests and hotel owners, property damage, personal injury, or losses arising from bookings. We provide the platform as-is without warranties of any kind.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
